Tutoring Services

Our tutoring services are subject to the following terms:

• All tutoring sessions must be scheduled in advance
• Payment is required prior to each session or as per agreed payment schedules
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) may be subject to a cancellation fee
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances
• Session pricing is as displayed on our website and may change with prior notice

Payments

We accept payments through various methods as specified on our website. By making a payment, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete payment information
• Authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the services you have requested
• Pay all charges incurred under your account at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred
• Pay any applicable taxes related to your use of the Service

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TutorXMath and its licensors.
